  1. Be much better: You should be much better compared to your rivals. This may be difficult but it’s possible. Just what do your rivals have that you do not have? Is it their wonderful client service, cheaper costs, larger choice, or possibly their marketing? Find out exactly what it is, and also offer your consumers exactly what they desire for a cost that remains in their variety.
  2. Be better than you were yesterday!  Market competition is a good thing, but there is no perfect company that has ever existed. That’s why bench marking can not give you 100% result. It is useful to do as it – to be analysis from time to time.  By doing so, you and your worker will be able to clearly identify your current position and set goals for future. It often happens that companies are not even aware of situation they are in and thus move into a wrong direction.
  3. Customer care: No person wants to deal with negative customer service. If  an individual comes to an organisation that has all friendly employees, who provide what he wants and do their best to help the client, then he will definitely will love such service!  So, it is essential to deal with your customer with care and if you think your service couldn’t be much better, there is always a room for enhancement.
  4. Sales: Individuals like low prices and sales. Send promo codes via mails of your current and old clients, advertise discount rates on your store’s main windows or doors or just put them out on display where you consider it to be the most appropriate. Don’t forget to blog post on your website and social networks that you’re having a sale. In times of bad economic climate every person is affected and general welfare goes down so no one wishes to pay more than it is possible for everything! Not to mention, if your competitors have a sale as well, your clients will most likely go to the place which has the best offer for them.
  5. Advertising and marketing: advertising for your service is a never ending process. Don’t think that marketing is a tool that you used just for sharing your name publicly and promoting your good and services on the market during the first stage. You need to advertise constantly! Send leaflets, mails, develop a web site to drive web traffic to your company, have a radio commercial, TV commercial, do specialized advertising, or anything you can think of to attract more clients.
